These terms govern use of the Aulot Games website and Palisade-related information made available on it.

Aulot Games is a Finnish private trader (Business ID 3582585-4). Steam’s or itch.io’s terms separately govern platform accounts, acquisition of Palisade, payments, multiplayer infrastructure, achievements, cloud saves, and other platform features.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally agree, or a parent or guardian must consent under applicable law and has not done so, do not use the website.

You may access the website for personal, lawful, non-exclusive use to learn about Palisade, obtain press materials, and follow links to authorized providers. No ownership rights are transferred.

Palisade, the website copy, artwork, and original materials belong to Aulot Games or its licensors. Steam, itch.io, Cloudflare, and other third-party names and materials belong to their respective owners.

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use it unlawfully, misrepresent affiliation with Aulot Games, or infringe the rights of others.

Links to Steam, itch.io, Cloudflare, or other services are provided for convenience. Those independent services control their own availability, content, transactions, and data processing under their terms.

Aulot Games may change or discontinue website content. Compatibility, prices, release plans, ratings, links, and platform features can change. Reasonable care is taken, but uninterrupted availability and freedom from every error cannot be promised.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies, or other statutory rights that apply to you. Those protections survive these terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aulot Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, unlawful conduct, or interference with the website. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
