Tell us what went wrong and, if you can, the steps that make it happen again. The version, edition and system matter too; the game adds them when it opens this page.
For a crash, a black screen or a game that will not start, send the log file as well. Where to find it is further down.

Where to find the log file
The desktop game writes a log file while it runs. The log contains no player name, only technical details about the game, your graphics and Steam.

On Windows, paste the path into the address bar of File Explorer. On Linux, the .config folder is hidden; press Ctrl+H in the file manager to show it.
